Are your products suitable for beginners to wellness and mindfulness?
Yes. Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or deepening your practice, our tools are created to meet you where you are. Our site is simple to use, beautifully made, and intentionally designed.
How do I use mindfulness cards or affirmation decks?
You can pull one card each morning to set an intention for your day, use them during journaling, or keep a few visible throughout your space as daily reminders. There’s no wrong way, just what feels right for you.
How should I clean or maintain my diffuser or meditation cushion?
For diffusers: Empty and wipe clean weekly with a soft cloth. Use water and a bit of white vinegar for a deeper clean.
For cushions: Spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing to maintain shape and structure.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the U.S.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use that link anytime to check your package's status and expected delivery date.
What’s your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. If something isn’t quite right, just reach out to us at blisswithin1@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
