Refund policy

At Bliss Within, we want you to feel good about every purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

✧ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at blisswithin1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer 
• Items must be returned in original condition
• We do not accept returns on digital products or gift cards

✧ Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.

✧ Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the return is received.
